Adrian Hackett
Adrian is both a solicitor and Chartered Tax Adviser and specialises in all forms of tax compliance and planning advice, including corporate tax, wealth and inheritance tax planning and property tax. Adrian also heads the corporate and commercial department which offers a comprehensive range of business advice. Adrian also regularly works as a tax consultant for some of the larger law firms as well as many local and national accountants and a number of UK and offshore trust providers in the UK who don't have specialist internal tax expertise.
Jamie
Windle
Before helping to found Hackett Windle, Jamie had worked for many years in property and private client work. Jamie heads Hackett Windle's private client department which offers a range of advice on property, wills, trusts and probate.
Daniel Corker
Daniel heads up the commercial property department and has experience in a broad range of real estate matters including sales, purchases, developments, and lettings.
He also deals with a large number of corporate transactions including company acquisitions and disposals with particular expertise in the healthcare sector.
Daniel enjoys instructions from a number of large developers and care home operators as well as several financing institutions.
Robert Tranter
Robert is head of our litigation department. Before joining Hackett Windle Robert worked for hlw Commercial lawyers in Sheffield. He has a wide range of experience in dealing with complex contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, construction disputes, Landlord and tenant disputes, enforcement of intellectual property rights, and shareholder and partnership disagreements.
